You need to communicate with your clients! Does that mean you need to call them weekly or monthly? No! A great way to stay in touch with your clients is to use an autoresponder or email service. Communication has never been easier!
The way this works is like this:
Your client enters an email address on your web site for more information….like a newsletter. Or you get the email from them when doing or booking a service call.

The email address is then posted to the autoresponder.


The autoresponder has a set list of emails that will go out at specified time intervals to you clients. AUTOMATICALLY!

Here is a sample of what might happen when you get a clients email from doing a service call. (You are getting your clients emails right?)

First thing that happens is that the email address is added to the “new client” autoresponder list.

The client then receives a Thank you for your business and a confirmation email.

Then say one week later, The client will receive a client newsletter.

The following month the client will receive a coupon for their next service.

The following Month the Client sends you a referral.  Then you add them to the Referral autresponder list.

They get a nice thank you with a coupon for their next service.

A week later they get a a page of  four coupons for friends/family.

and So on and so on. Forever if you want. This will all be done automatically. You set it up at first then it all runs without you doing a thing.  There are many services that make ths incredibly easy and is most affordable.  This can be a real Bang for the Buck way to market your Service Biz
